Caribbean Park sought out Manuela Marasco from the industry as a highly respected hotel leader to help empower their internal team with the skills to design manage and build a new 171 room Hyatt Place hotel. Manuela’s role has been to drive the design process and manage all communications with Hyatt in regards to the requirements of the Technical Services Agreement & Hotel Management Agreement.

Her recent career experience building and managing a team as Project Director for the new Airport Accor Hotel and a portfolio of hotel refurbishments across Australia has ensured a successful empowerment of the team at Caribbean Park. Drawing from over 13 years of hotel specific project experience has ensured the best design solutions which are cognisant of the Spooner family’s desire to hold a high quality asset amongst their development  precinct.
