Manuela was engaged on a short term contract role by Lend Lease Development to assist with the completion of Melbourne Connect in Carlton, a purpose built innovation precinct which included a state-of-the-art timber structure building purpose built for the University and a Childcare Operator, a student accommodation building and a ground breaking science and gallery building.

Her role was the intermediary between Lend Lease Development and Lend Lease Building to ensure the best quality outcome was achieved in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager, assisting the team in the complex contractual handover requirements whilst maintaining a close oversight on the quality of the delivery. Manuela’s unique technical build skillset and contractual expertise was called upon to ensure a successful handover.
